I have developed a passion to help and empathize  with others seeking to heal holistically.

I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Stretch Therapist, Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and Reiki Energy Healer, located inside of 3 Down Dogs Yoga Studio in Loganville, GA.

I’m passionate about helping people feel at ease in their bodies. I specialize in creating a calm, supportive space where clients can let go of stress, release tension, and reconnect with themselves. What I’m known for is my gentle yet intuitive touch and approach — blending skill, presence, and genuine care into every session. The intention set for each of my massages is to provide physical relief, but also manipulate the natural energies of the body to restore emotional, physical, and spiritual balance.

I believe communication within the client/therapist relationship is key. I need to know what you're experiencing within your body, what you're feeling emotionally, and what the objective for your massage is in order to best assist you. In turn, I will explain the treatment and what you can expect to gain from it. 

You will reap the benefits of massage if it becomes a regular part of your life, and I look forward to partnering with you to improve the care of your temple as you journey towards complete and overall well-being.
